I suspect this hall was built mid 1960s as part of the laundry, gym and refectory complex. Note curtains in very cubist style.             Diners in about 1975. Note curtains in very cubist style.         Mostly PE students here taking teatime delights from the Mrs Gee emporium in about 1975. Mrs Gee was a fearsome canteen manager with a lovely Irish accent. I got into her good books when me mam visited one weekend and presented her with a crocheted handkerchief. After that Mrs Gee made sure I was well nourished even though I didn't always have my meal pass.
